MATCHA VANILLA LATTE
1. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder – 12Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 97Cals


ROOIBOS TEA LATTE
1. 1 Rooibos tea bag
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
Total Calories: 81Cals


COCONUT CHOCOLATE LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut Milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Water
3. 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder – 31Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 515Cals


SPICED TEA LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1/8 tsp. Turmeric – 2Cals
4. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
5. 1 tsp. Ginger Powder – 6Cals
6. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals

STEPS:
1) In a mug mix the dry ingredients or steep the tea bag with hot water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
2) Then sweeten it with a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey. You can also choose to flavoUr it with ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir again.
3) Next, warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. I used either soy milk or coconut milk.
4) Pour the milk into a cup and froth the milk with an electric milk frother.
5) Then pour the milk into the drink mixture and serve warm.
