Cher is right! ???? Our brain can make or break us!
My brain is both a gift and a curse.
Mental performance is very important to me. I learned from Dr. Natasha McBride ‘s book “Gut & Psychological Syndrome” that our brain is directly connected to our gut, so if you want to target your brain you must tackle the source which is, THE GUT SYSTEM.
????Please consult your own doctor for medical advice. This is not medical advice, I am just sharing what has worked for me. These are some of the supplements we use as a family to support cognitive function. Supplements are one of the many ways to enhance brain function, and it’s the simplest way to introduce a healthy habit into your daily routine.
1. @Neurohacker Collective The Qualia (mind) caffeine-free helps enhance focus + memory and as a mom who constantly tries to multi-task and often fails... I noticed this has helped me stay more alert and process information faster than usual while having to multi-task so often. Imagine me cooking dinner, while listening to my “stay wise” types of podcast and videos, while also having a 4 year old running around the house whom I also have to entertain and keep safe until dinner is done ????
2. @Ancestral Supplements is good FOR EVERYTHING! This is BEEF BRAIN! Ps, It’s made by@Liver King — it’s pasture-raised, grass-fed, hormone free, pesticide free, and NO GMO’s. ???????? the benefits are insane and Dr. Paul Saladino MD also talks in great details about these benefits! ???????? @CarnivoreMD
3. Cod Liver Oil— my favorite one is from the brand Rosita (which is in my Amazon store “health” list: http://www.amazon.com/shop/mrsalbaramos) but I ran out recently so for now I’ve been taking it in capsules every morning before or after breakfast— cod liver oil is high in omegas which plays a big role in sharpening memory, as well as protecting your brain against cognitive decline.
