• Your "clean" choice of milk
• 1 Avocado
• 1 Banana
• Raw Manuka Honey (add amount by taste)
• 1 spoonful of Organic Coconut Oil
• 1 Tbsp Madagascar Vanilla Extract
• 10-20 Tablets of Spirulina

*The amount in video is for 2 people*
cut ingredients in half for 1 serving / 1 person
