Don't be too quick to throw away empty makeup containers. There's so much you can do with them. Check out cool repurpose ideas in this video!

It's a well-known fact that it's much better and more sanitary to apply lipsticks or lip balms right from a lipstick tube not with your bare hands, they may be dirty even if you think they're not.

So if you want to remove your lip balm from its usual container here's how you do it. Take out a clear balm from its container put it in a baking mold and microvawe for 30 seconds. Then pour it out into the empty lipstick tube and chill for 2 hours. Now it's ready to use.

What to do if you accidentally broke your eye shadow palette? Well first of all don’t panic! ;) Find an empty powder container and put broken pieces of eye shadow in the powder container in neat lines of different colors. Then add some alcohol, cover it up with a napkin and press with coin. Now your broken eye shadow is transformed into an awesome rainbow highlighter for your cheekbones!

And don't forget to check out the difference between different foundation brushes: flat brush, pallet and shading spoon. Brush for dotted shading with concealer, for countouring and brush for bronzer and highlighter.

Powder and rouge brushes: oval-shaped, round and kabuki brush. Brushes for removing excess product, for giving form to cheekbones and for applying cream-based rouges.
