2015 Lexus NX 200t F-Sport Luxury Crossover Test Video Review

The NX is an all-new model for Lexus which has never had a compact crossover SUV in its line-up. This is not uncharted territory as the RX-line has been one of the best-selling crossovers year after year. The Lexus NX is based on the Toyota RAV4 platform but sources say that this vehicle is 90% different. This crossover does come across as a real Lexus and not simply a rebadged vehicle.

Under the hood is a brand new 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-clinder engine that makes 235 horsepower and 258 lb-ft. of torque. This particular model has the F-Sport package which adds unique styling, different wheels, stiffer suspension, tighter steering, Premium LED Headlights, and more.

Design wise the NX fits in with the rest of the Lexus Family featuring the unique Spindle Grille up front. Everywhere you look there are character lines to make the NX stand out. The front bumper is aggressive and the rims are very cool indeed. This is certainly a very stylish crossover.

Lexus is looking to attract a younger group of consumers. There is no question the distinct styling will attract younger buyers. Another factor is the fact the NX will fill the entry level gap that is missing in the Lexus Line-up.
