Bitter gourd---400 gm
Corned beef--1 can
Egg-------2 pieces
Tomato--1 large size
Onion----1 large size
Bay leaf--2 pieces
Fish sauce--3 tbsp
Chili---2 pieces
Garlic----4 cloves
Ginger---25 gm chop
Salt----1/2 tsp
Ground black pepper---1/2 tsp
Oil------------25 ml
Water--------350 ml

Heat some oil then saute the garlic ginger onion and tomato. Add the ampalaya or bitter gourd and cook for 3 minutes. now add some water and cook for 5 minutes with cover.add the corned beef and 2 beaten egg and chili stir continuously then add some salt ground black pepper cook it again for another 4 minutes in very low heat and it is ready to serve.
