翁雋明（Joeman），綽號九妹。Joeman 是台灣知名遊戲賽評、
知名網路直播主，國立交通大學電子工程系畢業。2010，Joeman
開始講解世界知名即時戰略遊戲《星海爭霸II》比賽，在轉播界以
風格詼諧逗趣，嗓音富磁性聞名。2011 年7 月參加台灣電子競技
聯盟(TeSL) 所舉辦之《電競賽評》網路票選比賽，以壓倒性之票
數獲得冠軍，並馬上受聘到台灣電子競技聯盟擔任專業賽評，三年
來轉播過數千場大小電競賽事，內容橫跨《星海爭霸II》、《暗黑
破壞神三》、《戰車世界》與《爐石戰記》等。在電競社群擁有極
大的曝光率與能見度。
擔任遊戲解說之餘，Joeman 對於小說寫作、劇本創作與詞曲填寫
也有高度興趣，除了2008 年與商業周刊合作出版小說《紅野狼》
外，也陸續有其他作品問世。
