Turkey has started sending Islamic State fighters captured in Syria back to their homelands. The 'IS' fighters have been held at deportation centers in Turkey and, according to the Turkish interior ministry, the first to be repatriated is a US citizen. A German combatant will also be sent back today. Turkey's move to repatriate fighters of the so-called Islamic State comes as more evidence is being uncovered of the jihadi group's crimes in Syria.
