Flt Lt Bipin Pendyala is currently Partner & Director at iKeva Venture & Knowledge Advisory Services. Earlier, as the VP & Site Manager at CA Technologies,Mr. Bipin was instrumental in CA winning industry accolades like Dataquest 2012's Best IT Employer; 6th among the "Dream companies to work for" in India at the 21st World HRD Congress; and Best CSR Initiatives Award by ITsAP in 2012. Prior to CA Technologies, Bipin was COO and Board Member with Knoah Solutions. Under his leadership, Knoah got recognition as a Global Top 100 Outsourcer by IAOP in 2006 & 2008, and ranked 3rd in Employee Satisfaction in IDC DataQuest Survey, 2008. Prior to Knoah, Bipin was GM at PortalPlayer (nVidia) and held senior engineering positions with MBT (Tech-Mahindra) and SoftSol. Bipin started his career as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force and worked on Surface to Air Missiles, Surveillance Radars and Electronic Warfare
