It's been a while since I whipped up a pasta dish on my channel without using fresh pasta and it felt really nice. I'm all about learning the process and figuring out how to do things from their base first, but after you've got a handle on it, its nice to switch it up with some simple ingredient combos that can really highlight an otherwise boring or "same old, same old" recipe. Hopefully you guys try out squash blossoms for yourself because they're so many different way to prepare them! ENJOY!
