As recovery efforts in Puerto Rico focus on restoring basic needs like drinking water, power and housing, the island's business owners worry about how the economy will survive. Already suffering from a debt crisis and an exodus of professionals leaving for the U.S. mainland, Puerto Rico has held on to tourism as a critical support element. But with full recovery a long way off, it's unclear when, or if, tourists will return.
