1/2 cup water (optional for texture)
1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional for texture)
Pilaf:
1/2 cup orzo pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tbsp mined garlic
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
1 tbsp chopped parsley to finish
Spicy curry yogurt:
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups Arugula/Sliced cabbage
2 tbsp olive oil
fresh squeeze of a lemon
salt and pepper
