How To Fit A Mountain Bike Tyre Insert

Whether it's puncture resistance, impact protection, sidewall support or that vibration-absorbing feel, tyre inserts offer users many different characteristics for their bike, all for a small weight penalty. Gone are many of the early day's horror stories of these upgrades being renownedly difficult to install... if you're set up tubeless already the majority of these inserts are, in fact, a super simple install.
