Halloween Apothecary Bottles - YouTube How to turn old bottles into spooky jars

Turn those old bottles into something creepy and start prepping for Halloween!
Materials:
2 Empty Medicine Bottles
1 spice container
-Brown paint
-Black Paint
-yellow paint
-Sponge brush
-Paintbrush
-Yarn/twine
-Glue Gun
-Dried wood/wood chips
-Black marker
Steps:
1. Take your medicine bottles and remove the labels. Leave some of
the sticker residue.
2. Cut the yarn about 10 inches long and wrap it around the neck of
the bottles. Secure with a bit of hot glue.
3. Do random drizzles of the hot glue on the cap of the bottle and let it set.
4. Paint the 2 bottle and the spice container with brown paint.
5. Take your marker and draw the designs (toad eyes, snake oil, spider legs). Trace with the glue gun and let it set.
6. Use your sponge brush and dip it in the dark brown paint. Dab it all over the bottle as well as the design.
7. Place the woodchips on top of the spice container and glue in place
8. Take your black paint and use the smaller brush to paint around the designs. Add some shadows in between the neck of the bottle, under the yarn and the gaps on the bottle cap.
9. Mix a little of the yellow paint with the brown paint and use the spongebrush to lightly dab just on the design to make it standout.
There's always an upside and there's always a downside but let's all agree to focus on the Sweeter Side!
