About Aurimas:

I am a 29 year old newly graduated Kaospilot working mostly with process consulting. My passions are learning, communities and sustainability.
I believe that we learn best and most when we are together.
What is it exactly that I do together with my colleagues? We provide a "container" where people can really meet as people, listen to each other, learn and co-create the future together. We do this by offering social technologies, which give people: Safe space Experience of new ways of meeting Network Inspiration Support Maintenance What happens is that people transform their: Understanding Relationships Intentions Actions The knowledge and answers to all the problems are already in the room. Good frames, facilitation and interventions are the things that help the potential of the group to be revealed and used for common good.
That is where I want to focus my professional life - to help the others get the best of themselves to solve all the problems that they have and to co-create the reality they want to live in.
