During the month of fasting the is a Muslim tradition of doing charity for the community. Here is happening right in the heart of KL in the vicinity of Masjid India. The charity porridge is organized usually by the local mosque  in the area and the simple serving of porridge cooked with a mix of spices draws a crowd from all walks of life. This video captures the long queue at the distribution area just before the break of fast. Indeed charity goes a long way to feed an empty stomach. We wish to see more of these not just during Ramadhan.
