A hoarder in Manhattan is running out of space - and time. Kevin McCrary has a 30-year build-up of junk in his rent-controlled $1400-per-month Upper East Side Apartment, but is now trying to save what he can after receiving a final notice of eviction from his landlord to move out by Friday March 14, 2014. Kevin's "collection" grew so large and blocked the main entrance to the abode that he was forced to enter his apartment by fire escape ladder. He also stores a surplus of trash in his van outside the building. Unemployed McCrary, 65, is the son of early radio personalities Tex McCrary and Jinx Falkenburg. The owners of the building made three failed attempts to previously evict him.
