Jorge did Erasmus+ training in Gal Eloro in Sicily. The experience opened his eyes to the NGO sector, brought him closer to people and taught him new languages. Most importantly, it led him to Jovesolides, where he works today as a project manager. He and his organisation carry out actions to promote social inclusion. They share innovative processes, tools and methodologies for social change with Erasmus+, and actively participate in projects such as YounGO, Innovat and EVS, all of which are funded or co-funded through the programme.
