The Federal Aviation Authority in the the US finds itself increasingly isolated as it continues to refuse grounding the Boeing 737 Max. Regulators in the EU have joined their counterparts in China and other major markets in banning the plane from flying. The popular model was involved in 2 recent crashes. The issue is a sensitive one for the airplane and defense company in particular. Boeing now faces the tricky act of reassuring concerned customers and protecting its business and investors, who lost more than 26 billion dollars since the latest crash.
