Clock changes have been increasingly questioned by: citizens, EU Parliament, and Member States. Commission proposes to put an end to seasonal clock changes and invites the EU countries and businesses to make the necessary preparations for a coordinated approach. The Member States have the freedom to decide once and for all whether they want to permanently apply summer or winter time.
