The translated proposal reads, "I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat. Stakes are Ukraine. Do you agree to this fight?" It's highly unlikely that Musk and Putin will ever battle it out (no word from Putin, as of the making of this video) but there is a history of wealthy elites settling disputes in this manner.
