- 50g/1.7oz crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 litlle handfull of chopped parsley
- 100g/3.5oz parmesan
- 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
- Flour
- 1 glass of white wine
- 2 glasses of meat broth
- oil
- salt y and pepper
