In this video, we show you how to make juicy, flavorful and tender chicken. The chicken breasts are boldly seasoned with ground ginger, tarragon, pepper, mustard, thyme, garlic and oregano. To get a nice crispy coating, we double dip the chicken and sear it in the skillet before baking in the oven.
