WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK WHILE I'm on Intermittent Fasting! I've been meaning to do a GIVEAWAY, HERE IT IS! I also shared my body fat percentage from dexa scan!

I was contemplating whether I want to share my body fat percentage because you know some people have many mean things to say but yeah most of my fat are around my lower body. Same as my muscle mass.

Anyway so the white dress was around $300 Retail Price. Pink Jacket was probably around $50. The shorts, I have no idea, it is an aussie label so it won't be cheap. THINGS ARE NEVER CHEAP HERE! haha. Same as khaki trench. The last item was around $200 if I'm not wrong.

⇨ Recipes

☆ Pull Pork (Serves 12 - more or less)
--------
1-2 cans of tomatoes (depending on your preference)
2 kg (4.4lbs) of Pork Shoulder
1-2 Onions
4 Cloves of Garlic
1-2 Tablespoon of Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste (optional)
2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup (Adjust to your liking)
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar

Put them all into a slow cooker and cook for about 8 hours!


☆ Chia seed Pudding with Coconut Yoghurt (Serves 2)

60g of Chia Seeds
1 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
100g of Coconut Yoghurt
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
Maple Syrup (optional) I didn't add it for mine

☆ Prawn Arrabbiata Zucchini Noodles (Serves 2)

300g of Zucchini
300g of Shrimps/Prawns
Chilli Flakes
Garlic
1 can of tomatoes (400ml)
1/2 Red Capsicum (Bell Pepper)
Salt and Pepper
Coconut oil/Olive oil

Heat up some coconut oil and pan fry the prawns for 3 minutes or so until it's cooked!

Add more oil and fry the capsicums with garlics. Then add the tomatoes. Let it cook and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce thicken up. Once its thick, add the prawns and zucchinis and stir it for around 1 minute or so. Add salt and pepper! DONE!

I had the pulled pork with black beans, Pico de gallo (Tomatoes and Corainder mix), Avocado, Salsa, Cooked Red Cabbage

Two Eggs, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Salt and Pepper to Season! Or KETCHUP! yum.

☆ Granola Bar
2 ripe smashed bananas (Mine was around 290g)
1/2 cup of rinsed quinoa
1 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
90g of Nuts
60g ofdried fruit (raisins or cranberries work well)
1/3 cup almond or peanut butter

Mix them all in and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degree celsius / 350 Fahrenheit.
