یازده سال قبل در بیست وهفتم حمل، اولین رادیوی موسیقی و تفریحی در افغانستان آغاز به فعالیت نمود.
در مدت چندی شهرت آرمان فراتر از مرز ها شد و هنوز هم قدرتمندانه به پیش روان است
آرمان مبدل به یک مکتب برای دیگر رسانه ها شد.
آرمان بالای دل ها حکومت میکند و مردم آرمان را ( رادیوی دلها) میخوانند.
Eleven years ago in 27th Hamal, the first ever FM music station started broadcasting in Afghanistan
In a very short period of time it gained enormous popularity and still has huge fan following
Arman has become a school (icon) for other media outlets
Arman rules on people's hearts and people call it (Radio-e-Dil Ha)
