Annea Hapçiu gives a talk on how her undergraduate research into "The Internal Effect of the Kosovo: The Young Europeans Nation Branding campaign on the Kosovar People" has led to the concept of "using passion, to change reality". Kosovo's shattered image and on-going struggle to find a valued position along the nations of the world hinders progress within the country. She believes that it is up to the people, through their passion, to change the reality they live in and reflect it internationally. With her sister Rina, they have started the journey of using yoga and art to help enliven the community and tell the country's story.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
