Tomato--1 large size
Carrots--50gm
Celery---30gm
Garlic---5 cloves
Fish sauce--20ml
Anato seed--2 tbsp
Ground black pepper--1/2 tsp
Salt---1/2 tsp
Water---500ml
Cooking oil
Heat some oil then add the garlic onion tomato and saute for 2 minutes.Add the chayote carrots and celery stir for 3 minutes then add the anato water cook for 5 minutes with lid on. Now add the quail egg bell pepper fish sauce ground black pepper and salt cook it again for another 5 minutes and it is ready to be served.
