Hope Grammar tip 2: Subject + Hope (s) + Infinitive (to + base verb)
Ex: I hope to travel again soon. She hopes to finish her work on time.

Hope Grammar tip 3: Subject + Hope (s) + Noun + Will + Base verb
Ex: I hope it will stop snowing this weekend. We hope she will get a promotion.


WISH:
How to use Wish: Wish is used to talk about something that we want to happen in the present or that we wanted to happen in the past. Wish is used for things that are unlikely or impossible.

Wish Grammar tip for a making a present wish: Subject + Wish (es) + Noun + Simple past verb
Ex: I wish I were rich. I wish my husband didn’t snore so loudly.

Wish Grammar tip for a making a past wish: Subject + Wish (es) + Noun + Had + Past participle
Ex: I wish I had saved more money. He wishes he had bought the English textbook.
