1kg Lamb on the bone
salt pepper
1 head Garlic cloves whole
3 Bay Leaves
4 pints water
3 potatoes
3 carrots
3 tomatoes
1tsp sage
1/4 cup parsley
135 grms tomato paste
1 can tomatoes
Olive oil
1 onion
Let us start by adding the garlic, bay leaves, salt and pepper to a little oil in the pressure cooker along with the lamb. Cook for 4 mins with the lid off.
Now add water 2 pints add the lid, bring to pressure and cook for 20 mins.
Now add the carrots, fresh tomatoes, onion and potatoes and sage add 2 more pints of water cook for 15 mins.
Now add the parsley canned tomatoes and tomatoes paste cook for 5 mins.
